We want everyone to be able to use our website and find out about Landcare, whatever their ability, device or internet connection.
What we do
When we build and update pages, we aim to:
- write in plain English, with short paragraphs and clear headings
- describe our photos for people who use screen readers
- use text and colours that are easy to read
- make sure the site works well on phones and tablets as well as computers
- make links and buttons clear about where they go
Where we are still working
Our website has grown over many years, and we are updating it page by page. Some older pages, and some older documents such as PDF reports and stories, may not yet be as easy to use as we would like. Some older photos may not have descriptions yet.
If something on the site doesn’t work for you, please tell us. We are happy to send information in another format, such as a plain text email.
